How to Register

You may list the name of person(s) you would like to share a room with.
Complete the Registration Form
Enter your contact details and any special requests (dietary, accessibility, etc.).
Submit Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once your registration and payment are complete, you’ll receive an email receipt confirming your registration. If you would like to pay via invoice or check, email info@becomingevergreen.com.

Enjoy the full retreat experience in a deluxe triple room at Lakeside Lodge. With three beds, linens provided, and convenient access to the Lakeside Lounge, this option combines comfort with community in a beautiful setting. All meals are included.

Designed for local attendees or those who prefer to arrange their own accommodations nearby, this option includes full participation in all retreat sessions plus meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Price is per person.

Stay in a comfortable deluxe room at Lakeside Lodge, just steps away from our meeting space in the Lakeside Lounge. Each room includes two beds, fresh linens, and a peaceful view of the Redwoods. Come rest and be renewed in your own suite. All meals are included.

Conference Program Only

Designed for local attendees or those who prefer to arrange their own accommodations nearby, this option includes full participation in all retreat sessions. All meals on your own, except Saturday lunch, which is included. Price is per person.
